children care :

• intermittent breathing of a mixture of 50% laughing gas and 50% oxygen through the mouth (Entonox) - 1500 CZK
  After a few minutes of inhalation, the patient loses fear of treatment, which is additionally performed under local anesthesia.
  Suitable for children from about 5 years, respectively when he is able to understand that he should breathe deeply.
  We use it for shorter procedures, such as tooth extraction.

• continuous breathing of a mixture of 70% laughing gas and 30% oxygen through the nose - 2500 CZK
  Inhalation of nitrous oxide also takes place during the treatment - the concentrated form takes two to four breaths. Patient loses his fear of the treatment, which is also carried out under local anaesthesia.
  Suitable for children from about 5 years, respectively when he is able to understand that he should breathe deeply.
  We use it for longer procedures, such as fillings.

• analgesia and sedation - 3500 CZK
  Treatment of preschool children (from approx. 4 years or 20 kg weight) in light sedation.
  The baby arrives in the morning on an empty stomach and receives a medicine on a spoon. After about 20 minutes will be sleepy, may cry during the treatment, but does not remember procedure.
  Payment in advance when ordering.

• dental treatment during sedation is NOT covered by medical insurance
  The patient pays SEPARATELY for tooth extraction, fillings, silver nitrate, spacers and crowns.
  

• metal space maintainer or crown - 1500 CZK
  For children to keep space for a permanent tooth when they have not yet cut a permanent sixth molar.
  

• sealing of fissures - 1000 CZK
  Preventive dental check of recently cut through permanent molars.
  Application of resin to the scratches on biting surfaces – decreases the risk of tooth decay.
  For 7-years-old children – sixth molars, for 12-years-old children – seventh molars

• local fluoride treatment - 200 CZK
  Preventive treatment for children whose permanent tooth have just cut through– suitable for schoolchildren once a year.
  A gel containing aminfluoride placed in a tray is applied in the office for 3 minutes.

• plaque staining (in children) - 100 CZK
  

dental hygiene procedures :

• professional cleaning of teeth - 1700 CZK
  Proper removal of tartar buildup above as well as beyond the gum line, cleaning of interdental spaces,
  tutorial on hygiene, practice of using dental floss and interdental toothbrush
  = prevention of periodontal disease, suitable once a year for people above the age of 30

• control visit - 900 - 1600 CZK depending by condition (30 - 60 min.)
  

• small children - 900 CZK (aprox. 30 min.)
  

• whitening of teeth - 2400 CZK
  (2200 CZK on the occasion of a birthday or wedding)
  Includes production of protective dam (bearer) for one jaw;
  gel containing carbamide peroxide in a syringe; whitening is started in our office
  then you at home apply the gel to the bearer according to our tutorial
  

• treatment of sensitive dentine = sensitive dental neck - from 300 CZK / tooth
